# Ukraine - bits and pieces

I went to Ukraine with no expectations. At the border, a beautiful lady was terribly amused that I`m entering Ukraine for a solo trip. 10 minutes later, I understood why.

The roads look like this..

But once I got to the mountain villages, in Zakarpatska, everything changed. There are marvelous rustic landscapes and beautiful people.
