Apple strudel

Do you dream of a dessert, that has no sugar, no agave syrup, no sweetener, no honey, no dattes - no tricks, no ultimate inventions! and is yet sweet, healthy, yummy and juicy? Maybe you forgot about the "oldie but goldie" Apple Strudel! So simple that we can`t believe is true!

Ingredients

  • puff pastry dough
  • 6 apples
  • cinnamon
  • few nuts

Preparation

Grate the apples on a shredder and then squeeze them with your hand, so that the juice comes out. Put it in a glass, and drink it, it is yummmy! Spread the puff pastry in a platter, about 30cm/20cm. Now put the grated apples on 3/2 parts of the pastry and sprinkle with the chopped nuts and cinnamon. Roll it towards the empty side of the dough and put it in the preheated oven. Bake at 200 C for ~ min.

It`s ready when it has a nice golden colour.
