Fondue chocolate brownies

This isn`t just another classical brownie recipe, but one that, despite the simplicity of the preparation, will astonish you with the melting-creamy-heavy-chocolate-buttery texture and will create endless rivers of flowing endorphins in your body and brain. Are you ready?

Ingredients

  • 200g chocolate
  • 125g butter
  • 150g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon grounded walnuts/almonds
  • 2 tablespoons flour

Preparation

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.

Melt the butter with the chocolate in a bain-marie pot. When all is melted, take off the stove and add the sugar. Then, add the eggs one by one. When all eggs are incorporated, add the flour and the nuts. Put the mixture in a rectangular pot ~ 10cm/20cm. Bake for 20min. Test if it's baked with a chinese chop stick (chop stick has to come out clean when the cake is ready).

The cake has a solid butter and chocolate taste and a creamy texture.

Bon appetit!
