Cheese cake
Ingredients
Dough
- 350g flour
- 250g butter
- 150g sugar
- 4 spoons cacao powder
Filling
- 1kg cottage cheese
- 250g sugar
- 4 yolks
- 4 egg whites
Preparation
Mix all ingredients for the dough, by hand until you have a nice homogenous ball, then put it in the fridge for 1 hour.
Mix the first 3 ingredients of the filling and make a foam with the egg whites. Add gently the foam.
Separate the dough in 2 parts. On a platter, garate one half of the dough, covering evenly the platter. Pour the filling, than grate the other half of the dough on top.
Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
It`s ready when it has a nice golden colour.
